At Jeff Hamilton Shop, we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with all designer tags and authenticity certificates attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Jeff Hamilton jacket in its original luxury packaging to prevent creasing or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
